About Merge Audio
Merge Audio is built for sequential material: combining interview sections, assembling announcements, collecting voice notes or placing several music cues into a single file. The order is explicit in the card list and can be changed by pointer or arrow controls, which makes the final timeline predictable before any lengthy encoding begins.
Every item has an independent 0%–200% level, and silence can be inserted between neighboring tracks. The duration summary separates source audio from added gaps, while Merged sequence preview follows the same ordering and gains that the export job will use. It is therefore possible to catch an incorrect position or abrupt level difference before creating the result.
Mixed codecs, rates and channel layouts cannot be joined as arbitrary bytes, so the local engine prepares them for a single compatible stream. Same as first file or explicit MP3, WAV, AAC, FLAC, OGG and Opus choices control the destination. Files stay in browser memory and the originals are never modified.
