How to use Text Formatter & Cleaner

  1. 1

Type or paste content into Text, or use Choose TXT file to import one UTF-8 text file. Importing replaces any text already in the editor after confirmation.

  2. 2

Use the Case transformations controls to apply UPPERCASE, lowercase, Title Case, Sentence case, or capitalize the first letter of every line.

  3. 3

Choose a Whitespace cleaning action to clean text, trim line edges, collapse extra spaces, remove empty lines, normalize repeated blank lines, or join lines into one paragraph.

  4. 4

Use Line operations to remove duplicate lines, sort lines A–Z or Z–A, or reverse their order. Undo and Redo let you step through up to 20 applied operations.

  5. 5

Select Copy text to place the current result on the clipboard, Download TXT to save a UTF-8 file, or Clear all to reset the workspace.

About Text Formatter & Cleaner

Text copied from emails, websites, spreadsheets, and generated reports often arrives with inconsistent capitalization, doubled spaces, stray blank lines, or lists in the wrong order. Text Formatter & Cleaner collects practical corrections in one editor so you can fix the specific problem without manually reviewing every line.

Case controls work across complete passages or line beginnings, while whitespace actions range from a comprehensive cleanup to precise changes such as trimming edges or joining wrapped lines. Separate line tools remove exact duplicates, apply locale-aware natural sorting, or reverse a list. Because each operation changes the working text immediately, the built-in history makes it easy to compare an adjustment and undo it when it is not suitable.

You can work with pasted text or a single UTF-8 TXT file, then copy the result or download a new plain-text file. Processing stays on the device, and the imported source file is never modified.
