How to use Organize PDF Pages
- 1
Click Choose PDF or drag and drop a PDF into the upload area. The tool loads the document and displays a thumbnail preview of each page.
- 2
Rearrange the pages by dragging individual thumbnails into the desired positions. For smaller adjustments, use the left and right arrow buttons beneath each thumbnail to move it one position at a time.
- 3
Use the controls beneath individual pages to rotate them 90 degrees clockwise or counterclockwise, create a duplicate, or delete an unwanted page.
- 4
To modify several pages simultaneously, check their Select boxes and use Rotate selected left, Rotate selected right, Duplicate selected, or Delete selected. The Select all and Clear selection buttons help manage larger selections.
- 5
Review your changes and use Undo or Redo if necessary. To discard all page modifications, click Reset pages and confirm. Enter your preferred output name in File name.
- 6
Click Organize PDF to generate the updated document. Once processing finishes, select Download organized PDF to save it, or Start over to work with another file.

About Organize PDF Pages
A misplaced page can disrupt an entire document. Scanned contracts sometimes arrive with pages out of sequence, presentation exports contain slides that no longer belong, and assembled reports may include repeated or incorrectly oriented sheets. Organize PDF Pages provides a practical way to correct these problems while keeping the document in PDF format.
Instead of working from a list of page numbers, you see thumbnail previews showing what each page actually contains. Drag a page to reposition it, use the arrow controls for precise movements, or rotate incorrectly oriented pages in 90-degree increments. Individual pages can be copied or removed, while multi-page selection makes it easier to apply the same correction across several pages. At least one page must remain in the document.
The editing history provides flexibility when experimenting with different arrangements. Undo and Redo let you revisit previous changes, and Reset pages returns the document to its starting configuration. This is particularly helpful when preparing a final submission, correcting scanned paperwork, or removing unnecessary material from a lengthy report.
When the arrangement is complete, the tool builds a new PDF containing the selected pages in their updated order and orientation. You can choose the output filename before downloading. The original document remains untouched, and processing takes place locally in your browser without uploading the PDF to a server. Encrypted documents must be unlocked beforehand, and very large PDFs may require substantial device memory.
