About Merge PDF

Preparing an application packet, sharing project documentation, or collecting meeting materials often means working with several separate PDFs. A single document makes everything easier to follow, especially when the information needs to appear in a particular sequence. Merge PDF helps you bring those pieces together without printing, scanning again, or rebuilding the original documents.

Each PDF appears as an individual card displaying its filename, size, and number of pages. You can rearrange documents with drag and drop, make precise adjustments using the arrow controls, add missing files, or remove unwanted ones. Every page from each source PDF is included in the combined document, following the sequence you establish.

The entire merging process runs locally in your browser, without transferring your documents to a processing server. You can assign a descriptive filename and download a new PDF while leaving the original files untouched. Password-protected or unreadable documents cannot be merged, and particularly large collections may require more browser memory than your device has available.
