How to use Bulk Barcode Generator

    Add data with Paste List, upload a CSV or XLSX file, or use Sequence to create numbered values with automatic or custom padding.

    Map source columns to Barcode Value and the optional Product Name, SKU, Price and Custom Text fields, then edit records in the review table if necessary.

    Choose a retail, industrial, logistics or 2D symbology and configure the shared barcode scale, label layout, physical size and colors.

    Press Validate Batch. Fix or remove invalid rows, or deliberately enable Exclude invalid rows from generation.

    Inspect individual labels in Preview, then choose a paper preset or custom sheet and set Start at Label while checking the full first-sheet layout.
