How to use Favicon Generator

About Favicon Generator

A favicon is a family of assets rather than one resized picture. Favicon Generator renders a shared design at the dimensions expected by browser tabs, Apple touch icons and Android shortcuts, and places those files beside a web app manifest in one ready-to-download ZIP.

Three source modes cover common branding needs. Existing artwork can be fitted or cropped; a short typographic mark can be styled without an image editor; and a curated emoji can become a simple recognizable icon. Large and small previews reveal whether the composition survives the severe reduction to 16 pixels.

The package also supplies the corresponding HTML link elements for installation. Image validation, SVG sanitization, icon rendering and ZIP creation happen locally, while emoji artwork includes its required attribution file.
