Encrypt & Decrypt Files
Lock one or more files with a password and authenticated encryption, then decrypt compatible files without uploading their contents.
Files to Encrypt

Up to 10 files · any file type
Keep the original file until you have confirmed successful decryption. Without the password, recovery is impossible.
Processing & Results
Encrypted and decrypted files remain local.
Add files and start processing to see results here.
Files up to 128.0 MB use a bounded in-memory download fallback. Larger files require the browser's direct folder/file writing capability; unsupported browsers will show a clear limitation instead of buffering an unbounded file.
How to use Encrypt & Decrypt Files
- 1
Choose Encrypt Files and add files by selection or drag and drop.
- 2
Enter and confirm a strong password, or generate one and save it securely.
- 3
Click Encrypt All, or process an individual waiting file from its row.
- 4
Download each completed encrypted file or use Download All when several are ready.
- 5
For recovery, switch to Decrypt Files, add the encrypted outputs, enter the same password and run Decrypt All.

About Encrypt & Decrypt Files
File encryption should protect both the bytes and their integrity. Each output uses password-derived authenticated encryption, so a modified container or incorrect password is rejected rather than silently yielding damaged data. Batch queues make the same workflow practical for several documents without packaging them together.
Processing remains local and the originals are read without being overwritten. Completed items can be downloaded separately or together, while waiting, processing, failed and cancelled states stay visible. Keep the password independently: the encrypted container cannot provide password recovery.
