About Random Number Generator
A random integer is useful only when its boundaries and repetition rules are unambiguous. This generator treats both endpoints as eligible, supports negative values and can return a single answer or a batch of up to 100 numbers. Unique mode samples without replacement, so duplicates cannot quietly enter the set.
Randomness comes from Web Crypto rather than a predictable general-purpose function. Range validation also protects safe-integer arithmetic and catches impossible unique requests before generation. The resulting values are produced and copied locally.
