About Image Color Palette Extractor
Image Color Palette Extractor answers a broader question than a pixel picker: which colors characterize the picture as a whole? It condenses sampled image data into an ordered palette, pairing every swatch with an approximate share of the analyzed pixels.
Choosing fewer colors produces a compact visual identity, while a larger count retains more nuance from photographs, illustrations or product imagery. The result can be copied as a plain HEX list for creative work or as named CSS variables for rapid prototyping.
Analysis is intentionally downscaled to a bounded dimension and moved into a browser worker, improving responsiveness without uploading the original. The source image remains untouched, and temporary resources are discarded when it is removed.
